The Stables and The Stables Annexe Holiday Cottages are two stunning barn conversions with a private hot tub and games room nestled on a working farm near the market town of Knighton in Powys, Mid Wales.
A self catering luxury property which is an idyllic base for friends and family who are looking to catch up, enjoy each other's company, relax or party. A perfect getaway for that family celebration, special birthday or unforgettable hen party. The Stables Holiday Cottages are a place you'll want to come back to time and time again.
The Stables sleeps 12 and The Stables Annexe sleeps 4 meaning we can sleep up to 16 in total with ample space for travel cots too.
The large games room has a pool table, table football, air hockey, darts, Pac-Man Arcade game, Giant Connect 4 and Giant Jenga.
The Cottages are available for weekend, mid-week and full week stays. Prices from £1,700.
The Stables
The Stables sleeps up to 12, plus room for travel cots. It is set over three floors accessible by a stunning galleried oak staircase. Please click here for a floor plan
There are 5 spacious bedrooms including one king-size en-suite with shower and WC, one family room with king-size and single, one family room with double and single, one double room and one twin room. The large family bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and stand alone bath is situated on the first floor.
Downstairs, the large kitchen boasts a rangemaster cooker and an American style fridge freezer. Off the kitchen you'll find a utility room with washing machine as well as a downstairs WC.
The open plan hallway leads into a sizeable living space with reclining sofas.
The Stables Annexe
A two bedroomed cottage adjacent to The Stables sleeps up to 4 people. There is a vaulted kitchen/dining/living room which leads to a downstairs king-size bedroom and separate walk-in shower room. Upstairs is another king-size bedroom.
A large utility room adjoining The Stables Annexe provides ample storage for bikes and all outdoor gear.
If you're looking to book a few nights away for a small group (up to 4) then The Stables Annexe is available to book on it's own in the week during low-mid season. The Stables main house will never be booked out at the same time to a separate group so you will still have full private use of the games room and hot tub. Please contact us for availability.
